Mr. Ramprakash Singh has over 5 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing and IFRS implementation, and advisory services. Prior to this Ramprakash Singh has worked with Sanjay Katkar & Associates Pune and Infosys Limited, Pune. He has extensive experience in statutory and income-tax audit of Indian companies. He has also carried out limited review under the scope of the statement of unaudited quarterly financial results prepared by the client as per instructions contained in Clause 41 of the listing agreement with the National Stock Exchange. He has also handled various complex assignments, which includes initial public offer audits including audit of restated financial statements, drafting of comfort letter and related statements thereof. Ramprakash also has experience in IFRS convergence, preparation of financial statements as per IFRS and IFRS/ US GAAP audit and agreed upon procedures therein. He has conducted Statutory Audit, NPA and Concurrent Audit of Various Banks
